Alex Fischer, principal photographer and owner of Fischer Williams Photographers, started working as a professional photographer in 2001 while serving as a professional staff person on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.  Alex works with professional digital equipment both on location and at his studio in Waccabuc, NY.
